Many gardeners and aspiring farmers do not have the required space or ability to start out of their own home. Renting space and setting up essential support functions can be overwhelming financially and energy draining.

the tiny farm incubator program aims to help produce successful farmers or community gardens, that are financially viable and able to operate independently.
We believe all people, from all backgrounds should have access to farmland, helping movements for food sovereignty, sustainable farming practices and encouraging the growth of life giving, healthy food that can get to market or food banks as fast as possible.
who is eligible?
While we consider all applicants to the Incubator Farm Program, we prioritize admission for people of color, immigrants, refugees and women. We aim to build a more diverse farming community by supporting those who often experience significant systemic barriers to starting their business.
Should demonstrate gardening experience, such as a backyard gardening, community garden allotment, family farming, homesteading, on-farm employment, internships, or similar experience.
Should have a clear farm business or community garden concept and commitment to farming with respect for the land.
